A Milestone Moment for JVB London

JVB London Management is very pleased to share that contracts for the acquisition of the Perivale property were successfully exchanged this afternoon.

All this is with inspiration and blessings of H. H Acharya Mahashramanji.

Following a busy Easter period, the seller (the Church) required slightly more time than usual, but we are delighted to confirm that this important step has now been completed.

This is a momentous day for JVB London as we turn a significant chapter in our growth and long‑term vision. The new, sizeable premises and facilities will enable us to better serve the community and build a leading community centre that welcomes everyone, while promoting Jain values and philosophy through unity and inclusivity.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our special and heartfelt thanks to the Choraria family for their extremely generous contribution of £520,000, which has truly gone above and beyond and set a remarkable new benchmark.

We also remain deeply grateful to over 80 families who have already donated towards the Perivale funding initiative, with many more currently in the process of joining hands. This achievement is not an overnight success – it is the result of tireless dedication and hard work by countless individuals over the past three decades and beyond. We are now privileged to reap those efforts, and we hope that future generations will benefit fully from this foundation.

We will be reaching out with further updates on the next steps very soon.

As we move forward, our focus will be on planning Phase 1 of the construction, ensuring we are ready for Paryushan in September 2026.

The hard work truly begins now.

This is an ambitious project (22,000 Sq foot, £2m), and we cannot deliver it without your continued support.
